We carry King Beany's^TM bean bag chairs. Most King Beany's^TM bean bag chairs come with a 10 year warranty. The Inexpensive bean bag chairs come with a 1 year warranty. If there is a problem with your bean bag chair within this time period, call us at 1-888-550-1187 and we will take care of the problem immediately.

Please keep your email receipt as your warranty, or call us for a copy.

These Bean Bag Chairs are made with the finest materials available. Your bag should last you numerous years. If you ever do have a problem with your bean bag please DO NOT hesitate to call us. we will rectify the problem immediately.

This warranty does not apply to product misuse, accidents or mishandling.

Returns
If you do not like your bean bag chair, you can return it within 14 days of the date you receive the bean bag for a full refund. Simply call customer service and let them know you will be returning the chair. return the chair at your own cost with the shipping carrier of your choice. Although we do not charge shipping there is a shipping cost involved. Once the chair has arrived we will credit you the whole amount of the purchase less the initial cost to ship the chair to you. After the 14 days their will be a 15% restocking fee and after 30 days no refunds will be given. This does not apply to leather or embroidered items, these are made to order and non-refundable.

If your bean bag chair arrives damaged, whether it be from the manufacturing or shipping problem, a replacement will be sent out to you immediately at no cost to you.

All of our bean bag chairs which are embroidered are non-refundable. and may take up to a week longer to process your bean bag.
